ALL of your negative items are
not DELETED from your credit
reports in 60 days you can request a
REFUND.
YOU ONLY PAY FOR WHAT GOES AWAY!!
eg. If you pay for
the removal of 8 negative items ($600), 3 inquiries ($195), and 1
public record ($150). Total amount paid $945 and 60 days later we
have removed 7 negative items, 1 inquiries, and no public records.
Your bill would be $525 for the negative item removal, $65 for the
inquiry removal, and $0 for the public records as it wasn't removed
yet. Total invoice for ACTUAL removals would be $590. In this
instance you would be due a refund of $945 (Amount Paid) - $590
(Cost For Actual Removals) = $355 (Amount to be refunded)

TERMS
•
Request for refund must be 60 days after funds have cleared our
bank account (payment by check takes 10 business days)
•
Negative items added to credit report after payment date extends
deadline based on when item was added (eg. If item added 10 days
after start of project 10 days will be added to due date)
•
Upon request for refund work on file will cease
•
We have 10 days to cure, if not cured after 10 days refunds will
be issued within 3 days
•
If item(s) in question are removed within 30 days client will be
invoiced 75% of original cost.
• Any
"convenience fees" charged for utilizing finance options are not
refundable.
•
If your Equifax report says CSC Credit Services
an additional 45-60 days will be added to your process
•
Bankruptcies take an additional 45-60 days as we
have to remove items included in bankruptcy first
•
Sometimes inquiries that resulted in reported
accounts may not be deleted, if not deleted client may be due refund
•
Late payments on active accounts may take 45-60
days longer
